First, understand that the only two things "mass-produced " at Wff. Hein are:
 1) super-fine steel-shavings and
2) high-grade sawdust from fine, thin-shelled walnut.

Each rifle is a unique piece, assembled from the finest materials which have been manufactured to the highest tolerances... all with a tradition of hand-work that is rarely seen in today's rifles.

Each Waffenfabrik Hein Action is machined from a solid piece
of 4140 steel.

Actions are hand bedded.
Barrel Channel being cut by hand.
Skeleton Butt Plate being fitted wtih an exacto-knife.
Custom stock being shaped by hand.
Flawless fitting of bottom metal.
Final Sanding.
Hand-Polished metalwork ready for metal finish.
